In the surroundings, occupying a dominant position above the valley, rises a natural formation that by oral tradition
was called INKILL CHUMPI (Princes with the flowerbelt). The legend counts that, being the only daugher and heir of the
Pisac territories, the oracle of Huancar Kcuiki destinated her to marriage to the one who would build a bridge above
the Vilcanota river in only one night. Many where the rich and brave pretenders, but the only elected was Asto Rimac,
governor of the misterious estates of wooded east. Thus covered by the mantel of destiny, the night for this couple,
they made their way one to build the bridge and the other to hail the mountainhosts not to see the prodigy.
Battered this last one, Asto Rimac disappeared dragging through the deep waters of the river and together with him
the possibilities of establishing the alliance between the people of Pisac and the peoples of the oriental forests.
Since then INKILL CHUMPI, turned into a ghostly figure of stone, lies in the society contemplating the vally of her
forefathers.
